Idaho law permits access to many records, yet access begins with the right office. The Idaho County Sheriff keeps deputy reports and current jail information. The Clerk/Auditor maintains filed court cases and dispositions. BCI supplies fingerprint-supported state histories, IDOC covers state custody and felony supervision, and the Idaho Central Sex Offender Registry publishes its lawful public fields. This resource brings those distinct routes together while preserving the limits of each system.

Only the Idaho County Sheriff, court clerk, BCI, or other originating custodian can issue an official record. We identify the route; the government office supplies the document.
