Idaho County Arrest Request Costs
The county's April 2026 public-record form separates resident and nonresident processing. An Idaho resident certifies at least 30 continuous days of state domicile. The resident track states a three-working-day normal response and includes the first two staff hours and 100 pages. The form asks for name, request date, email, phone, mailing address, residency, record description, dates, geographic area, inspection or copy choice, and certification. It does not publish an electronic delivery address, so callers should not guess where to send it.
